New Utility Infrastructure
Many of our clients experience significant problems installing infrastructure and meeting target opening dates when new utility connections/ or upgrades are involved. (New connections have to follow a sequential process involving several companies, all with designated lead times).
UESL can co-ordinate between architects and mechanical and electrical contractors. UESL can also liaise with local authorities by
- submitting applications on behalf of clients.
- overseeing any off-site implementation work, eg. excavation of roads of footpaths), which is subject to local authority planning consents
- negotiating any on-site, wayleave and lease agreements for cables and equipment which must be completed before supplies can be energised.
