Utility Energy Solutions Limited (UESL) offer a broad range of services specifically tailored to commercial customers, providing efficient procurement and management of utilities.  We offer modules that provide complete financial control together with the ability to reduce consumption and cost.  There is a picking list for these services to complement and grow with our client’s existing systems and capabilities.  Access to services are through a web portal which contains complete history for each utility meter. UESL offers a complete solution to successful utility cost management under one roof.

UESL is a subsidiary of ista International GmbH in Essen Germany, the world-wide leader for recording and invoicing energy, water and incidental building costs, serving more than 11 million dwellings (apartments and commercial buildings), operating more than 42 million measuring devices.  ista employs a total of 4,600 people in 26 countries in Europe, America and Asia. Sales in 2008 were about EUR 654 million.

From 1999 until April 2003 ista International GmbH (formerly: Viterra Energy Services GmbH & Co. KG) was part of the Viterra AG, respectively E.ON group.  In April 2003 ista was sold to funds managed by the British Investment Company CVC Capital.  In 2006 ista was sold to another fund advised by Charterhouse Capital Partners.
